Blogging doesnt seem to be something were good at, so starting today i am gonna give a blogg on what is hot and happening at RSF on a regular basis
RSF Commercials: Mickie and i leave tomorrow for a trip to JHB where we are shooting a Dutch TVC for ING bank and will need Lions and Camels and many orange Dutch football supporters and some good weather.
I am amazed at how location friendly Gauteng is. Basically you can shoot at their football stadiums for a fee which isnt even prohibitive..in CT you arent even allowed to look at it - never mind shoot it...so Cape Town you really need to work on your film friendliness.
RSF TV is working on the many filler stories that will be broadcast during the worldcup by Host Broadcast service on behalf of Fifa. Ceridwin and Magnette are on this.
RSFs post production and Carlos is busy and editing up a 30 minute documentary on Jigawa province in Nigeria.
RSF Features is co-producing a documentary with Film and Media Entertainment (UK) called Street Kids United that is takes place during the Street Kids World Cup. It shoots in 3 phases, starting last month. it is directed by Tim Pritchard who is well known for his work on Ross on Gangs.
talk to you soon
